The townhouse has been fully renovated by a professional interior designer, with high-quality materials and designer furniture throughout. It is laid out over two floors connected by an internal staircase.

Ground floor: a spacious, light-filled living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the lower garden, which faces Montaña Roja nature reserve and opens onto a private terrace. One spacious bedroom and a full bathroom located on this floor.

Upper floor: two bedrooms and one spacious full bathroom. Between the two main bedrooms is the second private terrace, with views of Mount Teide on clear mornings, perfect for breakfast or the last light of the day.

The windows overlook the complex's communal gardens and palm trees, a green and peaceful setting all year round.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the entire house to themselves, with exclusive use of the private garden and both terraces, plus a private parking space in the complex garage available for rent for an extra 20€/night. The two communal pools, tennis court and gardens of Residencial Sotavento are shared with other residents and subject to community rules. Public free parking available in front of the complex.

THE AREA
La Tejita beach is a 200 m walk from the door. Next to it rises Montaña Roja, a protected nature reserve with a hiking trail to the summit and panoramic views over the south coast, especially at sunset.

La Tejita shopping centre, a children's playground and everyday services are a few minutes away. A short drive takes you to El Médano, one of Europe's best-known spots for windsurfing and kitesurfing, and to the fishing village of Los Abrigos, known for its fresh seafood restaurants. The golf courses of Tenerife South are around 5 km away.

The La Tejita coast is exposed to the trade winds, which keep summer days fresh and bring the waves that surfers and families enjoy.

GETTING AROUND
Tenerife South Airport is around 5 km away, roughly 10 minutes by car. A car is the most convenient way to explore the island; taxis and the TITSA public bus network also serve the area.
